He enjoys the wide variety of work each project brings, allowing him to continuously expand his skills while contributing to quality craftsmanship across every job. As a foreman, he takes the greatest pride in helping others grow—both in their trade skills and in life. His willingness to mentor, encourage, and share his experience makes him a valued teammate and an important part of Kramer Contracting's culture. Outside of work, John is passionate about ministry, with a special focus on short-term mission work. His commitment to serving others reflects the same integrity, leadership, and care that he brings to every project.
