Jaysen has been with Kramer Contracting for one year. What he enjoys most about working at Kramer Contracting is the people, appreciating the strong relationships and teamwork that make every project rewarding. He takes pride in his strong work ethic, organization, and commitment to learning and growing in the construction industry. His dedication and positive attitude help him contribute to every project while continuing to develop his skills. Outside of work, Jaysen enjoys spending time working on cars, fishing, playing basketball, and snowboarding. His drive to improve both on and off the job makes him a great addition to the Kramer Contracting team.
