The First Location — Rochester, Minnesota. Hollandberry Pannekoeken began in 1986 in downtown Rochester, founded by Tasos Psomas. The restaurant became known for its signature pannekoeken — Dutch oven‑baked soufflé pancakes — along with hearty breakfasts, sandwiches, and fresh muffins.
When the Rochester location needed updates and modernization over the years, Kramer Contracting was brought in to help refresh and stabilize the space. Their work included:
