Dylan serves as a Superintendent at Kramer Contracting, bringing two years of leadership, organization, and problem-solving to every project. He enjoys the challenge of coordinating multiple projects and takes pride in solving complex problems, maintaining quality, and keeping jobs moving forward. Dylan's favorite part of Kramer Contracting is the strong team culture and the positive environment that has been built together. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and seeking out new adventures. His strong work ethic, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindset make him an important part of the Kramer Contracting team.
