OPERATIONS MANAGER

Brad has been a part of Kramer Contracting for five years, helping oversee projects from kickoff to completion. One of his favorite parts of the job is seeing a vision come to life while working alongside a team he considers second to none. Brad takes pride in wearing many different hats. His ability to adapt, solve problems, and keep projects moving efficiently allows him to support both the field and office in whatever the day demands. Outside of work, Brad enjoys creating the perfect lawn and spending time gardening. Before joining Kramer Contracting, he gained experience in insurance, sales, finance, telecommunications, and heavy machinery—bringing a unique and well-rounded perspective to every project.
