Adam founded Kramer Contracting & Construction over 10 years ago with a commitment to building more than just great projects. His passion lies in building lasting relationships—with the Kramer Contracting team, clients, trade partners, and the communities they serve. He believes that the strongest projects are built on trust, communication, and a shared commitment to excellence. As President, Adam takes the greatest pride in being a man of his word. Honesty, integrity, and clear communication are the values that guide every decision he makes. He is committed to doing what he says he will do and continuously works to strengthen relationships through transparency, accountability, and teamwork.

​Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, skateboarding, golfing, riding his motorcycle, and working around his home. He thrives on new challenges and is always looking for the next opportunity to grow, improve, and take on a new adventure or project.​
